摘要
应用西门子S7-300建立工业燃煤锅炉控制监视系统。以S7-300为主站,采用西门子WinCC系统监控锅炉燃烧。同时通过Profibus-DP与变频器从站进行数据通信,用变频器对炉排、鼓、引风机流量进行控制,实现对锅炉运行过程地自动监控。
Using Siemens S7 -300 to establish industrial coal -fired boiler control and monitoring system.S7 -300 as the main station, apply Siemens WinCC system to monitor the boiler combustion. The inverter via Profibus - DP slave do data communications. Grate, blower, fan flow control with inverter. Achieve automatic monitoring of boiler operation process.
