摘要
何首乌是一味最常用的抗衰老、养生与美容中药之一,就何首乌的相关作用机制进行了诠析。认为,何首乌通过补益精血、益精而旺神、补血而养神、益精而补血等作用,达到抗衰老、养生与美容的目的。深入研究何首乌的抗衰老机制及其养生与美容作用,在当前关注养生与美容的今天,具有十分重要的意义。
polygoni multiflori is the most commonly used blindly anti-ageing,the preserve one＇s health and hairdressing is one of Chinese medicine to polygoni multiflori mechanism of action related to interpretation analysis.Studies suggest that,polygoni multiflori by replenishing essence and blood,essence and Wong God,blood and repose,essence and blood and so on,to anti-ageing,the preserve one＇s health and hairdressing purposes.Polygoni multiflori-depth study of anti-aging mechanisms and the preserve one＇s health and hairdressing role in the current concern about the preserve one＇s health and hairdressing today is of great significance.
