摘要
调压水轮机是海勒式干冷系统的重要设备之一。大同第二发电厂空冷机组投运后，由于调压水轮机不能正常运行，对电厂安全生产和经济运行产生严重影响。针对水轮机存在的问题，对其重要部件结构进行了较大的技术改进，使水轮机能够长期稳定地运行，大大提高了机组的安全可靠性和运行经济性。
Regulating trubine is one of the key equipment for Hele type dry - cooling unit. The author analyzed the problems existed in the regulating turbine at DaTong Second Power Plant and implemented technical retrofitting, through which the reliability and operation economy of the unit is greatly improved.
