摘要
目的:观察中药汤剂联合西药治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年6月～2012年8月我院妇产科收治的60例排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用中药汤剂联合西药治疗,对照组进行单纯西医治疗,治疗1年后判定疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率86.67%,对照组治愈率73.33%,治疗组治愈率显著高于对照组。结论:中药汤剂联合西药治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕症疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM decoction combined with modem medicine treatment on ovulatory dysfunctional nfertilitas feminis. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in each group. The control group was／given only modem medicine treatment, while the treated group was TCM decoction more. The efficacy was evaluated after 1 year. Results： The cure rate in the treated group was 86.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： TCM decoction combined with modem medical treatment was significantly effective and safe on ovulatory dysfunctional nfertilitas feminis.
