摘要
近年来大学生犯罪数量较多,甚至出现在一些名牌的学校,对大学生进行法制教育迫在眉睫。我国高校已经开设一门法律基础课,由于高校没有引起足够的重视、社会的人治观念和大学生自身对法律的认识不到位,导致法制教育效果并不明显。针对上述原因,本文提出了提高大学生法律素质的对策。
The number of college students＇ crime has been on the rise in recent years,even in the some famous universities. Therefore it is necessary to open the course of legal education for college students urgently. In china, some basic legal course have been carried out in colleges. Because of not enough attention,the idea of man rule of society and the wrong understanding of the law of the college students themselves,legal education effect is not obvious. For these reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures on improving the legal quality of the college students.
