摘要
独立学院教师职业认同中存在的问题主要表现在四个方面:职业成就动机淡漠与功利色彩较浓并存,单纯的职业化倾向与敬业意识弱化并存,自我价值追求与职业价值缺失并存,职业情感丰富与人格魅力淡化并存。造成独立学院教师职业认同弱化的原因,既与教师自身的素养和教师的职业认知有关,更与独立学院的管理环境有关。
There are four main problems in the career identity of independent colleges teachers: the coexistence of the apathetic motivation of getting achievements in career and the pursuit of profits;the coexistence of the simple professional tendency and the weak professional con sciousness; the coexistence of the pursuit of selfesteem and deficiency of professional value;the coexistence of rich professional emotion and weakening personality charm. The reasons that cause the teachers' weakening career identity in independent colleges relate not only to teach ers' accomplishments and career identity,but also to the management environment of independent colleges.
