摘要
本文通过对现有的中央电大远程开放教育中的学历教育和大众化的非学历教育的学籍管理进行对比,提出了在终身教育体系中,学籍管理的内容和特点、学籍管理的特殊性和复杂性。提出只有实现学历教育和非学历教育有效衔接,以学习者档案全面代替传统的"学籍管理",才能增强终身教育系统的竞争优势、提升终身教育系统的内涵、保障终身教育系统在远程教育领域里持续的竞争优势。
This paper reviews Central-TV-University-led distance and open education's practice in managing students' academic records, either diploma-based or non-diploma-based. Taking into account particularities and complexities of lifelong educational system, the paper proposes replacing learners' academic records by learning portfolios, which are suitable for both diploma-based and non-diploma-based programs, so that lifelong educational system could be strengthened in terms of its competitiveness, quality and sustainability.
