摘要
介绍了我市某企业新购置的2台锅炉投用后2a之内相继2次水冷壁及对流管爆管,其原因主要是由于锅炉水质严重超标,使用不当、管理不善,导致对流或水冷壁管内壁大量结垢,锅炉使用过程中对流管或水冷壁管过热爆管。提出改进措施,确保锅炉安全运行。
2 times water-cooled wall and convection tube explosion of 2 boiler into use within 2 years of some company in my city were introduced. The reason for this is mainly due to boiler water quality severely exceeded, improper use and poor management, and convection tube and water-wall tube wall scaling heavily, lead to convection tube and water wall tube of boiler overheating during use. Improvement measures were advanced to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
