摘要
由于目前我国普遍采用的配电变压器低压侧分散补偿的补偿度有限,不能进一步提高配电线路的功率因数,所以从工程实际出发,提出 10 kV 配电网杆上无功补偿方式及其年支出费用为最小的优化模型,以确定树状配电网并联电容器的最佳安装位置及相应的最佳安装容量。计算表明,对较长的配电线路,经杆上无功补偿后,线损将进一步下降,经济效益可观,可以推广采用。
Compensation on the low-tension side of a distribution transformer is extensively adopted in our country, but its effect is limited. This paper presents reactive compensation on tower(RCT) as a good measure to increase the power-factor for 10 kV distribution system. An optimal model of RCT is presented to determine the optimum size and location of shunt capacitors on a distribution feeder in order to minimize the annual cost and to meet the requirements of engineering practice. This paper shows that the line loss of the long distribution feeder will be decreased further when reactive compensation on tower is put into effect, and a cosiderable economic benefit can be brought about.
