摘要
目的:探讨大吴风草总黄酮含量的季节变化及逆境胁迫因子对其总黄酮含量的影响,以期合理利用及保护这种野生资源。方法:采用分光光度法测定了大吴风草不同季节及各因子胁迫下的总黄酮含量。结果:大吴风草叶片总黄酮含量最高,叶柄次之,根状茎最小(P<0.05)。叶片的总黄酮含量随着季节变化而呈增高的趋势,12月份明显高于其它各月;叶柄与根状茎总黄酮含量随着季节的变化而呈波动状态(P<0.05)。随着光强的增强,大吴风草叶片、叶柄、根状茎的总黄酮含量呈下降趋势(P<0.05);随着水分胁迫强度的增加,大吴风草叶片总黄酮含量逐渐增加,而叶柄的总黄酮含量先升高而后降低,根状茎的总黄酮含量逐渐降低(P<0.05);随着盐胁迫程度的加深,大吴风草叶片、叶柄、根状茎的总黄酮含量均呈下降趋势(P<0.05);随着温度的增高,大吴风草叶片总黄酮含量表现为逐渐增高趋势,叶柄表现为先降低而后增高,根状茎表现为先增高而后降低的趋势(P<0.05)。结论:在本实验条件下,大吴风草叶片的总黄酮含量最高,而且随着季节的变化呈波动状态。大吴风草不同器官总黄酮含量对生态胁迫因子的反映各不相同。
Objective: To investigate the seasonal variation of total flavonoid content of Farfujium japonicum and its response to stress.Methods: The total flavonoids of Farfujium japonicum were determined by spectrophotometry in different seasons and under various stressful factors.Results: The total flavonoid content in Farfujium japonicum leaves was the highest,followed by the petiole,and rhizomes(P0.05).The total flavonoid content in the leaves in December was higher than that in other months;that in the petiole and rhizome fluctuated in different seasons(P0.05).As the light intensity enhanced,the total flavonoids in Farfujium japonicum leaves,petioles,rhizomes showed a downward trend.With the increase of water stress,the total flavonoid content in Farfujium japonicum leaves gradually increased,that in petiole first increased and then decreased,while that in rhizomes decreased(P0.05).With the salt stress,the total flavonoid content in leaves,petioles and rhizomes of Farfujium japonicum showed a decreasing trend(P0.05).With the increasing of temperature,the total flavonoid content in the leaves showed a gradually increasing trend;that in petiole first decreased and then increased,while that in the rhizomes first increased and then decreased(P0.05).Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Farfujium japonicum fluctuate with the change of seasons and that in different parts of the plant has different responses to ecological stressful factors.
