摘要
基于博弈论视角运用完全信息静态博弈理论,构建了建设项目质检单位与施工单位的质量监控博弈模型,并用混合战略纳什均衡求出了均衡解,通过分析求解结果,对质检单位和施工单位的具体行为展开了深入剖析,博弈分析结果表明提高惩罚因子、加大惩罚力度、降低监控成本、合理确定骗费额等方式可以有效加强工程建设项目的质量监控。
The theory of complete information static game is applied to set up the quality supervision game model between the supervision agency and the construction company,and the mixed strategy-Nash equilibrium is used to figure out equilibrium point,based on the analysis of the game model,the definite actions of the supervision agency and the construction company are probed in detail,game analysis results show that raising punishment factor,increasing the punishment,reducing monitoring costs and determining cheat fee amount reasonably are able to strengthen the quality control for the construction project effectively.
