有氧健身操对老年人心功能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为观察有氧健身操对老年人心功能的影响,挑选大连市沙河口区40名无锻炼习惯的老年人为观察对象,并随机将观察对象分为实验组和对照组.实验组每天进行1次、持续时间为50m的中等强度有氧健身操、实验持续6个月,对照组保持正常的生活习惯,不进行体育锻炼和运动.实验显示,与对照组相比,经6个月的有氧健身操锻炼后实验组VE值显著升高(P<0.05);与实验前相比,实验组SV、VE(P<0.01)及VE-VA(P<0.05)值显著升高.实验结果提示,老年人有氧健身操能有效地提高心脏的舒缩功能、改善心功能状态. The study aims to observe the effects of aerobics on the cardiac function of old people. 40 subjects having no exercise from Shahekou district of Dalian city experience were selected, and ran- domly divided into two groups as experimental and control group. The subjects in experimental group did the moderate aerobics for fifty minutes once a day, the experiments lasted for six months. The control group kept the normal life style and did not do exercise. The results show that the level of SV and VE in experimental group rose significantly (P〈0.05), compared with the control group; and the level of SV,VE(P〈0.01) and VE-VA(P〈0.05) in experimental group enhanced signifi- cantly, compared with the value before the exercise. The results hints that the aerobics was useful for the old people to improve the cardiac function.
