摘要
针对添加化学药剂提高铝土矿难洗矿石洗矿效率的新工艺,利用泥球静态破坏实验和模拟洗矿试验,分别研究了化学药剂对粘土泥团碎解破坏及洗矿效果的影响.结果表明,静态条件下,化学药剂对泥团的破坏速度和破坏方式主要有3种类型;动态洗矿时,盐酸、硫酸锌、石灰、淀粉等化学药剂能够明显改善洗矿效果.
To develop a new orewashing method with addition of chemical reagents for treating bauxite, effects of some chemical reagents on soil ball breaking and bauxite ore washing were investigated. The results showed that there were three types of breaking pattern for soil balls immersed in chemical reagent solutions, and that adding some inorganic reagents and organic flocculating agents could greatly improve washing efficiency, but the effect of dispersing agents was negative.
