摘要
以电解铝硅钛合金为基 ,在工厂的生产条件下熔炼成与 ZL10 8合金成份基本相同的铸造 AST10 8铝合金 ;对比分析研究了 AST10 8和 ZL10 8合金的疲劳性能 .结果表明 ,AST10 8合金比 ZL10 8合金具有更长的疲劳寿命 ,其主要原因是由于 AST10 8合金中自然存在的钛元素细化了 α(A1)晶粒 ,也使共晶硅粒子分布更加均匀 .用扫描电镜对疲劳断口观察后发现 ,疲劳裂纹都萌生于试样表面或亚表面的氧化物夹杂等缺陷处 ,减少夹杂等铸造缺陷对提高铸造铝合金的疲劳性能有利 .
Aluminum casting alloy AST108 is based on electrolyzing aluminum silicon titanium master alloy, and it is melted under real production conditions. The compositions of the alloy accord with that of ZL108 alloy. Fatigue properties of the alloy is investigated and compared with that of ZL108 aluminum casting alloy. The results show that fatigue life of AST108 alloy is longer than that of ZL108 alloy. The main reason is that AST108 alloy contains naturally titanium element making α (A1) dendrite cell size of the alloy small and also increasing evenness of eutectic silicon particle distribution. The fatigue fracture surface of the alloys was surveyed by means of a scanning electron microscope. It can be seen that fatigue crack originates from oxide inclusion or casting defects that is on the surface or sub surface of tested specimens. So, lessening oxide inclusion and casting defects can lengthen fatigue life of aluminum casting alloy.
