胸腹结合部腹壁肿瘤的扩大切除与重建

摘要 手术切除是腹壁肿瘤首选的治疗手段。随着修复材料学的快速发展,疝和腹壁修复水平大大提高,对多数腹壁肿瘤行手术切除和修复并不困难。然而,对于胸腹结合部的腹壁肿瘤,因其解剖部位的特殊性,治疗仍十分棘手。近年来,
