气调储藏条件下亚麻籽品质变化规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对亚麻籽储藏条件进行正交试验设计,研究其在气调储藏过程中发芽率、粗脂肪酸值、粗脂肪过氧化值、粗脂肪碘值的变化规律.结果表明:亚麻籽含水量越高、储藏时间越长、储藏温度越高,亚麻籽的发芽率和粗脂肪碘值逐渐越低,粗脂肪酸值和粗脂肪过氧化值逐渐升高.因素对发芽率、粗脂肪过氧化值影响大小为:储藏时间>储藏温度>亚麻籽含水量>气调方式;对粗脂肪酸值、粗脂肪碘值影响大小为:储藏时间>亚麻籽含水量>储藏温度>气调方式.储藏8个月后,最佳储藏条件为水分含量6.5%、充98%N2、18℃. The change rules of germination rate, and acid value, peroxide value and iodine value of crude fats of linseeds under controlled atmosphere storage were studied through orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the germination rate and the iodine value of crude fats of linseeds decreased gradually, and the acid value and peroxide value of crude fats increased gradually, as the linseed moisture content, storage time and storage temperature were improved. The influence significance of the factors on germination rate and peroxide value of crude fats was, from high to low, storage time, storage temperature, moisture content and storage manner; and the influence significance of the factors on acid value and iodine value of crude fats was, from high to low, storage time, moisture content, storage temperature and storage manner. After storage for 8 months, the optimum storage conditions were as follows: moisture content 6.5%, storage temperature 18℃, and controlled atmosphere storage with 98% N2.
