摘要
对彩色 CCD摄像机所拍摄的火焰图像 ,采用三色波长光谱测量法和温度分段线性化的方法来计算煤粉火焰温度 .将火焰温度由高向低分成几个温度段 ,通过温度的标定试验作分段的温度线性化处理 ,再求解由 3个色彩分量和温度标定组成的线性方程组 ,得到较为准确的火焰温度分布 .这种方法准确可靠 ,避免了过去方法中试图用一个标定试验的公式来求解跨度较大的整个温度场分布及由此引起的误差 .最后对一实例进行了计算 。
This paper focused on the three color measurement of temperature of pulverized coal combustion in conjunction with segmental linearization in each temperature section, by analysis of flame images photographed by color CCD camera. In each temperature segment to which the flame temperature is divided from high to low, the linear temperature equations were derived through the temperature demarcation. The flame temperature field was determined by solving these linear equations.
