摘要
传统的表面热电偶以测温点的形式分布在气化炉炉壁周围,气化炉炉壁上只需预焊热电偶的固定件,但表面热电偶不能完全覆盖炉壁周围,无法对炉壁温度进行全测量。表面测温电缆沿气化炉炉壁进行盘绕,在气化炉炉壁上需预焊测温电缆固定螺栓,仅能测量出其路径上的温度,也无法对气化炉炉壁温度进行全测量。红外热像仪不直接接触炉壁,而是分布在气化炉四周并在炉壁周围固定安装,能对炉壁散发的红外射线进行全面扫描,可实现对炉壁温度的全面测量。通过对三种测温方式工作原理的介绍,供同行在气化炉炉壁温度检测选用过程中借鉴。
Traditional shell thermocouple is installed around gasifier wall as measurement point with thermocouple fixation installed on gasifier wall. The shell thermocouple can't cover the whole gasifier wall, and can't measure the whole area of gasifier wall. The cables of temperature are coiled around gasifier wall, and connecting bolts need to be installed to fix cable. Because it only can measure temperature along cables, the cable of temperature can't measure whole area of gasifier wall. Infrared thermometer doesn't directly connect with gasifier wall, and is installed and distributed around wall with suit distance. Infrared thermometer scans infrared rays emitted by gasifier wall, and temperature around gasifier wall can be measured. Through the principles of three kinds of temperature measurement methods are introduced, it provides a reference for selection of temperature measurement of gasifier wall.
