摘要
通过对安装底座类零件进行结构分析与设计,采用Solidworks自动建立三维实体模型,然后用SolidCAM插件中的CAM功能模拟刀具的加工路线和零件的加工过程,生成G代码,最后导入斯沃仿真软件中实现了动态仿真加工.结果表明,利用SolidCAM的数控辅助加工,可以加快编程速度,能较好地满足精度的要求,提高了加工质量和设计生产效率.
Through analyzing and designing the structure of mounting base parts, the three-dimensional solid model is automatically es-tablished with Solidworks, then the tool machining way is simulated with the CAM function in SolidCAM plug-in, at the same time the G code is generated, finally the dynamic simulation processing is achieved though importing SWAN software. The results show that the numerical control machining by SolidCAM can speed up programming and meet the precision requirement as well as improve the pro-cessing quality and the design efficiency.
