摘要
指出了某些海水养殖种类种质退化的表现特征，诸如抗病力下降、成熟个体小型化、品质下降、对环境的适应性和抗逆性降低等；分析了种质衰退的原因在于自然群体种质资源的衰退、有效繁育群体过小、繁育亲本质量差、不良养殖环境的负选择及养殖方式的不合理等因素；提出了防止种质退化的若干对策．
The exhibition of genetical characterization decline of marine cultured species, such as decreasing of disease-resistance, quality, adaptability to environment and miniaturizaiton of sex mature body size, are pointed out. The main reasons reasons are genetical characterization decline of nature population, extremely small reproductive population available, low quality of parent negative selection of bad environment improper culture manner etc; Some advises to solve these problems are also proposed.
