摘要
从提高中小企业竞争力和市场响应速度出发，依据动态联盟组建的目的和意义，在分析浙东地区一些中小企业发展得失实例的基础上，结合中小企业发展的状况和趋势，讨论了中小企业动态联盟组建的主要方式及适用性．
It is known that virtual organization is of great importance for manufacturing industries, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve their responsibility to market needs. According to the business requirements and present situation of SMEs, the ways of virtual organization development as well as their adaptability in SMEs are analyzed. Some practical models of virtual organization implementation are proposed based on case studies.
