摘要
样品用硝酸 硫酸消化后 ,砷转变为砷化氢气体 ,以硝酸银 聚乙烯醇 乙醇体系为吸收液 ,对微量砷 进行光度测定 .方法回收率为 87~ 110 % ,平均RSD为 4 .4 % .方法简便 ,灵敏度高 ,所需试剂无毒 .应用于市售 化妆品检测 。
After the sample is digested with HNO 3 H 2SO 4,arsenic is converted as gaseous arsenic hydride. The silver nitrate polyvinyl alcohol ethanol system is absorbent liquid. Micro arsenic is determined by photometry. The recovery of the method found is 87~110% with average RSD 4.4%. The method offers the advantages of simplicity and sensitivity and the reagents are nontoxic. It has been applied to the analysis of commodity cosmetics with satisfactory results.
