摘要
对SO_4^(2-)/Ba^(2+)法分离提纯Al_(13)形态的影响因素进行了研究 .实验结果表明,聚合铝浓度、SO_4/Al比、Ba/SO_4摩尔比、以及超声反应时间对分离效果具有较大的影响.较高浓度的聚合铝有利于沉淀的形成与分离.同时选用1:1的SO_4/Al与Ba/SO_4摩尔比以及2h的超声时间可以得到较好的分离效果.少量Ba^(+2)的共存对形态分析不产生影响.形态鉴定结果表明,经过上述分离条件所得产物形态为Al_(13).
An extensive study has been carried out on the various factors during the sepa-ration and purification of Al13 with SO4/Ba method. The experimental results show that the concentration of PACl, S04/A1 ration , Ba/SO4 ratio and time for ultrasonic reaction all exhibit significant effect on the separation efficiency. The optimum separation condition is then established. Further characterization by using 27Al NMR verifies the purified products are exactly Al13 species.
