论述了环卫行业市场化、企业化的提法有利于环卫行业引竞争机制、增强内部活力 ,增强职工的紧迫感、危机感 ,但因环卫行业的特殊性 ,环卫行业的市场化、企业化需坚持循序渐进的原则稳定推进 ,并不意味着“撒手不管、一推了之”。
The opinion of promoting Marketing and Enterprising system in environmental sanitation trade is helpful to bring sense of crisis to the workers. However, because of the specialty of environmental sanitation trade, the marketing and enterprising system should be developed step by step.
