摘要
:离子色谱法测定酸雨中 6种阴离子 ,以流速为 1 .51mL/min,0 .2 4mol/LNa2 CO3 和 0 .3mol/LNaHCO3 的混和液为淋洗液 ,在YSA8型 80 0 1A -4阴离子交换柱上分离 ,YS - 1抑制器 ,YIC - 8型离子色谱仪电导检测器检测 .方法的线性范围均为 1 0 0倍 ,可达 2 0 0倍以上 .以CI- 为例 ,最小检出限为 0 .0 0 1 ,重现性CV %为 0 .76 ,空白标准偏差Swb=0 .0 0 6 81 ,回收率为 97.5 %~ 1 0 0 % ,6种阴离子的检测分离能力为 1
detect six Kinds of anion in alid rain by ion chromatography,We mix liquid with velocity of flow of 1.51 mL/min,0.24 mol/L,Na 2CO 3 and 0.3 mol/L NaHCO 3 as drip washing liquid,then seperate them in YSA8-8001A-4 anion exchange column and detect them by ys-1 supprersor and YIC-8 condiutivity detector included in the ion chromatography.The linear ranges of this methods are always one hundred times,the biggest is two hundreds times.For example,the detection limit of CI - is 0.001,the appearance is 0.00681,the recovery rate is 97.5~100%,this expriment can be complete in 15minutes.
