摘要
本文介绍了国内外实施环境标志制度的现状 ,阐述在我国推行环境标志制度的意义与作用 ,并对我国实施环境标志制度面临的主要法律问题及保障措施进行了研究和探讨 ,最后提出了一些建议。
This paper introduces the present situation of environmental labeling system in the world,discusses the significance of environmental labeling system in China,analyzes the main legal issues in this field,and give some suggestions.
