摘要
华北山区是我国北方重要的果品生产基地,而劳动力的构成却是以中老年人为主,因而园内的运输作业是劳动强度相对较大的一项工作。为了减轻中老年果农短途运输作业的劳动强度并提高运输作业生产率,创新性地研发了一种能够在山区果园内自由穿行的小型运输机械,其中涉及到动力、行走、转向、纵横向稳定性、操控以及制动等几个方面。同时,研究对比了国内现有果园运输机械优缺点,从环境适应性、转向可行性、侧向稳定性、惯性冲击以及爬坡等方面进行了研发,最大的创新点在于人与车的分离。由于人不上车,大幅度地减少了车辆的有效荷载与能源消耗,也为车辆在果园内的机动穿行创造了条件。研究成果经实地测试后表明,该设备具有视野开阔、安全可靠、越障能力强、机动灵活、操控简单、适用于果园地形以及株行距条件等基本特点。
The mountain area is an important fruit production base in the North China. While the workforces are mainly composed of the elder people, the transport work is heavy in orchard. The research objective is to reduce labor intensity and improve the productivity of the short-distance transport, and to develop a kind of small transport machinery which is able to move freely through in the orchard. So the device should include power, walking, turning, stable, operation and control systems. The innovation of the project is the separation between the driver and the vehicle. Because the driver does not get on the vehicle, the vehicle's payload and energy consumption significantly decreased, and the mobility greatly increased. The field-testing show that this device has many features, For example , open view, safety and reliability, the better ability of crossing the barrier, flexibility, easy manipulation, adaptability to the conditions of the basic characteristics of the orchard.
