摘要
由于拖拉机底盖—离合器外壳覆盖件尺寸较大,曲面质量要求高,模具设计过程中不能完全采用标准件。为了得到完整合格的零件,故在模具设计中增加了一些必要的工艺结构,如加强筋控制金属流向显得尤为重要。同时,以Pro/E软件为基础进行三维造型设计,基于DYNAFORM软件进行有限元分析,用分析所得到的结果对比模具不足之处进行修改,从而减少了模具的调试周期,缩短了新模具的开发时间。
Because the tractor bottom - clutch cruster panel has a larger size, high surface quality requirements, in the mold design process can not use standard parts. To get the fully qualified parts, it is necessary that adding the process structure such as reinforcing rib is very important in the mold design. Meanwhile, three-dimensional model is designed based on Pro/E software, and simulation based on DYNAFORM is conducted, the results obtained are analyzed, the inadequacies are modified compared to the mold, thereby reduced mold debuging cycle, shorten the new mold development cycle.
