水泥窑脱硝技术及其比对浅析 被引量:1

A brief analysis of denitration technology for cement production and the comparison

摘要 以205000t/d水泥窑为例,分析介绍了目前水泥行业主要的几种脱硝方案:低NOx燃烧器技术,选择性非催化还原技术(SNCR),分级燃烧+SNCR混合技术,选择性催化还原技术(SCR);并从工艺流程、投资和运行费用方面对各种脱硝技术进行了对比分析。结果表明,分级燃烧+选择性非催化还原技术是水泥行业脱硝方案的最佳选择。 Based on 2 500 t/d cement production line, several denitration schemes low NO~ burning,selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR),staged combustion plus SNCR and selective catalytic reduction(SCR) popular in cement industry were introduced. The different denitration technologies were compared from process flow,cost and running expense, and the results show that the scheme of staged combustion+SNCR is the best choice for cement industry.
