摘要
妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症是产科的常见病,最常见病因为Graves病。国内报道妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症发病率为0.1%～0.2%。该病可以导致妊娠相关并发症的发生风险增加,导致流产、早产、胎儿生长受限、妊娠期高血压疾病以及低出生体重儿等不良妊娠结局。
Pregnancy with hyperthyroidism is a common disease of obstetrics.The most common cause is Graves disease.Hyperthyroidism occurs in 0.1% to 0.2% pregnancies in China.Pregnant women with hyperthyroidism may be at increased risk of fetal loss,fetal growth restriction,premature labor,preeclampsia,having low birth weight infants and other adverse pregnancy outcomes.
