摘要
目的:研究脑忆源片的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法考察影响制备工艺的辅料因素,以多指标综合评分法进行直观分析及方差分析,筛选出符合片剂成型质量要求的处方。结果:添加原药粉比例的8%微晶纤维素和3%硬脂酸镁时所得的样品各项指标符合药典标准,且添加辅料较少,经济成本较低。结论:优选得到的脑忆源片生产工艺稳定可行,可应用于工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Naoyiyuan tablets. Methods: The L9(34) orthogonal table and the multitarget grading method was applied were employed to select the best formulation by means of MCC and magnesium stearate as the two main factors in which all factors been selected of three levels. Results: When 8% of MCC and 3% magnesium stearate were added, every target is accord with the standard of Pharmacopoeia which used less excipients and lower economic costs. Conclusion: The optimized extraaction and formation processes are stable and feasible, and can be used for the industrialized production.
