摘要
目的优化活跃链霉菌NXT-NA10摇瓶发酵生产那西肽的发酵条件。方法首先用Plackett-Burman设计法筛选出影响发酵的显著因素,再用响应面法分析优化显著影响因素参数。结果 Plackett-Burman设计法筛选出4个显著影响因素为酵母粉、黄豆粉、NaCl和接种量,响应面法优化出它们的最佳数值分别为酵母粉0.31%、黄豆粉6.42%、NaCl 0.41%、接种量5.5%。结论在此优化条件下,摇瓶效价达到(1121.28±26)μg/mL,比优化前提高了10.95%。
Objective To optimize the fermentation condition ofStreptomyces actuosu NXT-NA10 producing nosiheptide. Methods The Plackett-Burman design and response surface methodology were used to analyse and determine the important factors of the fermentation condition for producing nosiheptide by Streptornyces actuosu NXT-NA10. Results The yeast power, soybean power, NaCl and inoculum were found to be the important factors and their optimized parameters is yeast power 0.31%, soybean power 6.42%, NaC1 0.41% and inoculums 5.5% respectively. Conclusions The production ofnosihepfide could reach (1121.28±26)μg/mL by the optimal condition, which was increased by 10.95% compared with the original condition.
