摘要
原发性痛经(Primary-dysmenorrhoea)是功能性痛经,是指生殖器官无器质性病变的痛经,在青少年期多见,流行病学调查表明其发病率在30%～90%。本文主要探索该病中医病因病机、深化辨证认识,为其治疗提供更好的思路和方法。
Primary-dysmenorrhoea is functional dysmenorrhea in reproductive organs without organic disease, often occurs in junior. Epidemiological investigation showed incidence rate of 30%-90%. In this paper, the disease pathogenesis and mechanism were explored for the treatment.
