摘要
目的:观察大剂量黄芪针治疗AECOPD机械通气患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院ICU收治147例的AECOPD严重呼吸衰竭需行气管插管机械通气患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组在常规加强抗感染、解痉平喘,化痰及营养支持等常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上静脉应用大剂量黄芪针(5%GS100ml+黄芪针50ml,静滴,2次/d),记录并比较两组患者呼吸状况、呼吸机使用天数及动脉血气分析改善情况及其疗效。结果:治疗后两组呼吸、血氧等生命体征及血气分析均有明显改善(P<0.01),但治疗组改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较,治疗组呼吸机使用平均时间为(31±6)h明显短于观察组的(36±8)h,治疗组ICU内平均住院时间为(5±2)明显适于观察组的(7±4),且治疗组的撤机成功率91.2%明显高于对照组82.4%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量黄芪针可以明显改善AECOPD机械通气患者的呼吸、血氧等生命体征及血气分析状况并明显缩短其机械通气时间、ICU内住院时间,具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of large doses of Huangqi injection on treating the AECOPD mechanical ventilation disease. Methods： 147 patients were randomly divided into control group and treated group. The control group was given Anti-infective, antispasmodic, expectorant, nutritional support and other conventional treatment, while the treated was given large doses of Huangqi injection more. Recorded and compared two groups of patients with respiratory conditions, ventilator days and arterial blood gas analysis improving. Results： Two sets of respiration, oxygen, other vital signs and blood gas analysis showed significant improvement after treatment, but the success rate of the treated group is significantly higher. Conclusion： Large doses of Huangqi injection therapy were effective in treating the AECOPD mechanical ventilation disease.
