摘要
目的:观察经筋刺法结合康复功能训练治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将80例周围性面瘫者随机分为两组,对照组40例采用传统针灸疗法,治疗组40例采用经筋刺法结合康复功能训练,10d为1个疗程,间隔2d,治疗3个疗程观察结果。结果:对照组治愈率52.5%,治疗组75.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床痊愈所需时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);结论:用经筋刺法结合康复功能训练治疗周围性面瘫,可以提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture and rehabilitation functional training in treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （40cases） were treated by acupuncture therapy, treated group （40 cases） were treated by acupuncture and rehabilitation functional training, 10 days as a course, to observe the results after 3 course. Results： The cure rate in the control group was 52.5%, while another was 75.0%. Comparing the two groups for significant differences （P〈0.05）, the clinical cure requires time in the treated group were less. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation fimctional training was significantly effective on treating peripheral facial paralysis.
