摘要
目的:通过观察复方玄连颗粒对无水乙醇诱导的溃疡大鼠血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平的影响,探讨其治疗溃疡的机制。方法:取健康SD大鼠60只,10只为空白组,50只采用无水乙醇灌胃腐蚀法造胃溃疡模型,随机分为对照组、复方玄连颗粒低、中、高剂量组,雷尼替丁组。对照组给予蒸馏水10ml/kg,复方玄连颗粒低、中、高剂量组分别按2.7g/kg、5.4g/kg、10.8g/kg给予药液,雷尼替丁组给予13.5mg/kg,灌胃2次/d,连续7d,于末次给药后断头采血检测溃疡大鼠血清EGF水平。结果:复方玄连颗粒低、中、高剂量组均能使溃疡大鼠血清EGF水平升高,与雷尼替丁组相比均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),而尤以复方玄连颗粒中剂量组最为明显。结论:复方玄连颗粒可以使溃疡大鼠血清EGF水平升高,且存在量效依赖关系,以复方玄连颗粒中剂量组疗效最好。
Objective： By observing the Fufang Xuanlian granules （FFXL） on ethanol-induced ulcers in rat serum epidermal growth factor （EGF） levels in order to explore the Fufang Xuanlian granules treatment of peptic ulcer mechanism. Methods： Taking the healthy SD rats 60, 10 for the normal group, 50 ethanol administered by gastric ulcer etching made randomly divided into 5 groups, the control group were given distilled water 10ml/kg, FFXL low-dose group were given particle 2.7g/kg, FFXL middle-dose group were given 5.4g/kg FFXL high-dose group were given 10.8g/kg, ranitidine group were given 13.5mg/kg, administered two times daily, continuous 7d. After the last administration decapitated blood testing ulcer rats serum EGF level. Results： The FFXL group can make the serum EGF level of ulcer rats increased, compared with ranitidine group had significant difference （P〈0.01）, and especially in the FFXL middle-dose group was the most obviously. Conclusion： The FFXL granules can make the level of serum EGF of ulcer rats increased, and there is dose-effect relationship, the FFXL middle-dose group has the best results.
