GC Determination of Benzene Homologues in the Air of Laboratory Building with Molecularly Imprinted Needle Trap Extraction

摘要 采用分子印迹针式萃取结合气相色谱法测定实验楼室内空气中苯系物的含量.使用针式萃取装置对样品中苯系物进行吸附后,经气相色谱热解吸后进行分析检测.实验表明该方法检出限在0.024~0.1 ng/ml之间,回收率在95.7%~103.2%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在4.5%~7.8%之间,本法可以应用到室内空气中痕量挥发有机化合物的定量分析. The benzene homologues in air of laboratory building were determined by GC with molecularly imprinted needle trap extraction in this paper. The benzene homologues in sample were separated and determined by GC after the analytes were enriched by needle trap extraction device and desorbed in the injection port of GC. The results demonstrated that the the limits of detection (LODs) were 0.024 - 0.1 ng/ mL,the recoveries of 95.7% -103.2% ,and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 4.5 -7.8% with quintuplicate determination, for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, respectively. The method can be employed for quantitative analysis of the trace volatile organic compounds in indoor air.
