摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2材料,并进行Fe3+的掺杂.Fe3+的掺杂质量分数分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%.本实验以次甲基蓝为目标降解物,研究了催化剂的Fe3+掺杂组成对光催化性能的影响,并用XRD对掺杂离子进行表征,结果表明掺杂可有效的提高光催化活性.
Nano TiO2 materials and doping Fe^3+ were preparing by sol-gel technique. Fe3+ mass fraction of O. 1% ,0.2% ,0.5%, 1.0% ,2.0% respectively. Catalyst of Fe3+-doped composition to the impact o flight catalytic performance was studied with sub-methylene blue as degradation products. Photoeatalytic performance and dopant ions were characterized by XRD. The results show that doping can effectively improve the photocatalytie activity.
