摘要
通过对以釜式反应器进行的酰胺化反应过程中反应停留时间与反应温度之间关系的试验研究,优化反应停留时间与反应温度的控制,提高酰胺转化率以达到增加甲甲酯收率的目的.经过在三种停留时间下改变反应温度的试验,当反应停留时间为60 min、温度为132℃时,酰胺转化率达到最高值34.84%.
Methyl methacrylate was produced using the vessel type reactor. In order to improve the amide conversion rate, residence time and reaction temperature on the amide conversion rate experiments were carried out in the reaction of amidation reaction process. The influence of amidation reaction conversion rate was investigated and the suitable reaction conditions was determine. The the amide conversion rate can be as high as 34.84%.
