摘要
为了从机制上防范和治理腐败,减少国家公务人员违规违法行为,自2007年起我国政府开始推进公务卡制度改革。该项制度推行以来,在减少预算单位现金使用、规范公务支出方面取得一系列成就,但公务卡制度实施过程仍存在不少问题。文章全面分析公务卡制度实施过程中存在的问题,并提出解决这些问题的对策和建议。
in order to prevent and govern corruption as well as reduce illegal behavior of government officials, our govern- ment began to promote the reform of China＇s business card system since 2007. A series of achievements had achieved in as- pects of reducing budget cash and regularizing official spending since the system implementation. But there are still some problems in the implementalion poetess of government credit card. The article comprehensively analyzes its current problems, discusses and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
