摘要
国有大中型水利水电施工项目具有施工分散、施工周期长、建设规模大、投资多和技术条件相对复杂等特点,因此给工程施工企业成本管理带来了巨大的压力。文章针对当前国有大中型水利水电施工企业成本管理中存在的主要问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议,以期为我国水利水电工程建设事业的发展作出贡献。
The State-owned large and medium-sized Water ＆ Power projects have characteristics of construction of dispersion, long construction work, large-scale construction, big investment, relatively complex conditions of technique, which has brought great pressure to cost management of construction enterprise in engineering. Aiming at the current existing problems in cost management of construction enterprise, the paper puts forward some constructive suggestions so as to make contribution to the development of water ＆ power engineering construction for our country.
