摘要
本文研究了在几种典型的水溶性有机介质——丙酮、乙腈、二氧六环和乙二醇存在的条件下,电流型葡萄糖生物传感器的响应情况。结果表明,随着有机介质浓度的增加,传感器响应的峰电流增大并在到达某一极值后下降,此最大峰电流与有机介质种类及其浓度有关。讨论了有机介质对传感器响应的影响因素。
The response of amperometric glucose biosensor in some typical hydrophilic organic media ( acetone, acetonitrile, dioxane, ethylene glycol) were examined. With the increase of organic solvent concentration (Vol%) the peak current rised up to the maximum then dropped down. The peak current was related to the property and concentration of organic media. The factors and the general principle that affect the response of enzyme electrode are described.
