摘要
简要分析了多层实木复合地板表板开裂的原因,并提出了选择表板树种和纹理、严格控制表板干燥工艺和养生、降低含水率、采用冷压压贴工艺、降低表板的厚度和宽度、采用分割应力技术、延长板坯养生时间和对表板进行高温热处理等措施,以预防多层实木复合地板表板开裂。
This paper discussed the cracking causes and the measures to prevent them from happening, from the aspects of selecting species and surface layer texture, strict drying process control, reduction in moisture content, adopting cold press technology when bonding surface layer and the substrate, reduction in the thickness and width of the surface layer, adopting stress segmentation technology, extension conditioned time, and applying high-temperature heating treatment technology to process the surface layer.
