摘要
数据中心使用行式空调制冷时,由于气流分布不均,容易出现局部热点,造成设备损坏和耗能增加;在行式空调送风口处安装导风栅,可优化气流分布,避免出现冷量不均的现象.本研究利用CFD技术,研究了导风栅对使用行式空调的数据中心室内环境的影响.行式空调安装导风栅后,气流分布更加均匀,避免了局部热点的出现;随着导风栅宽度和格栅倾斜角度的增大,各个机柜的出风温差先减小后增大;当格栅倾斜角度α=75°,导风栅宽度l=100 mm时,气流组织效果最优,机房能够获得最佳的散热效果.本研究成果对导风栅在行式空调中的应用有一定的借鉴意义.
Because of the air distribution in a data center with the usage of In-Row air conditioners is always uneven, it is easy to cause hot spots which may lead to equipment failure and increase the energy consumption. An air deflector is mounted on the outlet of the In-Row air conditioner to optimize the air- flow distribution and uniform the thermal field distribution of cold. The environment condition is investi- gated by computational fluid dynamics simulation. With air deflectors, the air distribution in the data center is optimized and the hot spot is avoided; with the increase of the width and the angle of grilles of the air deflector, temperature differences of racks decrease first and then increase. When the angle of grilles of the air deflector α =75° and the width of the air deflector a = 100 mm, the air distribution and the cooling performance is best. The research is of some importance and guidance to the usage of In-Row air conditioners in a datacenter.
