摘要
高校作为大学生村官的主要培养者和输出者,应当为大学生村官提供力所能及的后续服务。农科院校在对大学生村官的智力支持和技术保障方面,具有更加独特的优势。结合大学生村官对农科院校提供专家联系、技术培训、项目合作、继续教育等方面的服务需求,农科院校应重点围绕"一个平台,三大支撑,五项措施",构建长效服务机制。
Colleges and universities, which is one of the main institutions to foster and develop college student village offi- cials, are supposed to provide as much service for graduates as they can. Agricultural colleges and universities possess u- nique advantages in information support and technology guarantee for college student village officials. Combined with col- lege student village officials＇ needs in experts＇ help, technology training, project cooperation and further education, agri- cultural colleges and universities have to construct a long term service mechanism with the emphasis of ＂ One platform, three supports and five measures＂.
