摘要
特殊的产地环境是农产品"特色"的直接来源,产地环境的安全状况直接决定着产品质量的高低。随着社会经济及工业的发展,特色农产品产地生态环境越来越受到威胁,要继续保持和彰显特色农产品特有的品质,并提升其市场价值,就必须刻不容缓地实施产地生态环境保护战略。
The characteristics of agricultural products directly derive from its special environment. The environmental di- rectly determines the quality of the products. With the development of social economy and industries, characteristics of agricultural ecological environment is increasingly under threat, so we must implement the strategy of ecological environ- ment protection in order to maintain and highlight the unique characteristics and quality of agricultural products , thus improving their market value.
