摘要
目的:探讨高压氧在煤矿瓦斯爆炸伤的抢救治疗中的疗效、安全性及重要性。方法:分析我科收治一次煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故患者35例,予以高压氧抢救治疗的结果。结果:收治患者中重度一氧化碳中毒1例,中度一氧化碳中毒6例,轻度一氧化碳中毒28例。合并颜面、呼吸道烧伤、中度吸入性损伤1例。软组织挫伤3例。挤压伤2例(合并神经损伤),肝功能异常6例,肾功能异常2例,心电图异常6例。经高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒症状完全缓解,软组织挫伤、神经损伤、烧伤、吸入性损伤完全或部分恢复,肝肾功能及心电图恢复正常,未发生交叉感染,无1例一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病发生。结论:高压氧在抢救治疗煤矿瓦斯爆炸患者中疗效确切、安全,在抢救煤矿瓦斯爆炸患者的治疗中占有重要的地位。
Objective：To investigate curative effects, safety and importance of hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of coal - mine gas explosion burn. Methods：35 cases with the coal -mine gas explosion burn in the department were treated by the hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the effects were analyzed. Results： In the patients admitted, there was 1 case with severe carbon monoxide poisoning, 6 cases with moderate carbon monoxide poisoning, 28 cases with mild carbon monoxide poisoning, 1 case with face combined with respir- atory tract burns and moderate inhalation injury, 3 cases with soft tissue contusion, 2 cases with crush injury （combined with nerve damage） , 6 cases with abnormal liver functions, 2 cases with abnormal renal functions, and 6 cases with abnormal electrocardiogram. After the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning, soft tissue contusion, nerve injury, bums and inha- lation injury were completely or partly recovered; the liver and renal functions and electrocardiogram returned to the normal; no cross infection occurred; and no delayed type encephalopathy cause by the carbon monoxide poisoning occurred. Conclusions： The hyperbar- ic oxygen therapy has definite and safe curative effects and also is important in the treatment of coal - mine gas explosion bum.
