摘要
清代,阿勒楚喀地区归吉林将军管辖,雍正二年起建立八旗驻防,乾隆七年起京城八旗移驻于此,并最终设立副都统衙门管理军政事务。现存阿勒楚喀副都统衙门档案分为簿册和折件两类,簿册类的档案以行文档、呈文档居多,折件类的档案以咨文稿、呈文稿居多。这些满汉文档案是作为阿勒楚喀和拉林驻防八旗的第一手史料,对于全面系统地研究东北驻防八旗历史和京旗移垦历史研究具有重要意义。
Acheng district in Harbin was governed by Jilin general, with its Eight -banner＇s garrison and deputy administrator government office were founded in 2nd year of Yongzheng period and in 7th year of Qian- long period separately. Two kinds of archives--books and folds are kept in Alaeuka Deputy Admistrator Government Office. Of all the books, official and faeta documents are the most; household and population documents are the second whereas the majority of folds are official communication and factum documents. These archives are first - hand materials for researching Alacuka and Lalin garrison, and it＇s of significant importance for researching both eight - banner＇s garrison in the northeastern area and history of immigrants＇ from Beijing eight - banner.
