摘要
目的通过对肝癌病人脉象多维信息的临床观察研究,揭示肝癌的特异性脉象信息特征,及相关脏腑、气血阴阳失调的基本病理变化。方法患者在安静状态下应用TL-MZ-XM-Ⅱ型三探头脉象分析仪进行脉象采集,并运用中医特色的脉象分析方法进行分析,寻找肝癌脉波的独特表现。结果和对照组比较,肝癌患者的脉象具有明显的特征性表现(P<0.05),其脉象主要表现为弦脉、涩脉,并有数脉相兼表现。结论运用TL-MZ-XM-Ⅱ型中医脉诊信息系统及中医脉象分析方法,可以检测到肝癌患者的特异性脉象信息特征,此研究对中医脉诊客观化及肝癌的中医客观化诊断具有重要意义。
Objective Through pulse multidimensional information of clinical observation of liver cancer patients, reveal the specific pulse intormation charaeteristies and related organs, blood imbalance of yin and yang pathological changes. Method Patients quiet state TL-MZ- XM- II type probe pulse analyzer pulse acquisition and use of TCM features pulse analysis method , looking for a unique performance of HCC pulse. Result Pulse has a significant characteristic manifestation of liver cancer patients and the control group（ P 〈 0, 05 ） ,mainly for its pulse are stringlike pulse, Rough pulse, Rapid pulse. Conclusion Used the TL-MZ-XM-II type pulse diagnosis system and TCM pulse analysis method, specific pulse characteristics of patients with liver cancer can be detected. Study on the pulse diagnosis the ohjectifieation and liver TCM objective diagnosis has important significance.
