SAFIRE/FBP算法冠状动脉CTA图像质量的对比研究 被引量:4

The comparative study on image quality of coronary computed tomography angiography by iterative reconstructions and filtered back projection

摘要 目的探讨新一代迭代重建算法(SAFIRE)与滤波反投影(FBP)算法在冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)图像质量上的差异。方法回顾性收集分析80例行双源CT(DSCT)冠状动脉CCTA检查的患者,记录患者身高、体质量、性别、心率,将80例行双源CT检查患者的冠脉原始图像,在工作站上分别进行FBP(A组)及SAFIRE(B组)两种算法的图像重建,应用秩和检验对两组图像的主观评分进行比较,应用t检验对两组图像的客观指标进行比较。结果 (1)A组可评价的冠脉数约972条,B组可评价的冠脉数约984条;A组主观图像质量评分约(3.66±0.26);B组约为(3.70±0.25),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.113);A组评分为优的冠状动脉(787/972)高于B组评分为优的冠状动脉(866/984),P=0.000。(2)A与B两组图像信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)及图像噪声指数(SD值)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A与B组冠状动脉平均CT值分别为(448.63±77.00)HU,(444.82±77.91)HU,P=0.756。结论新一代迭代重建算法(SAFIRE)在相同扫描条件下可以提高图像质量。 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the image quality and image noise in second-generation coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA)with iterative reconstructions which based on the original data.Methods Between March 2012and April 2012,we enrolled 80patients with CCTA.For the CCTA scan(SOMATOM Definition Flash,Siemens),data sets were reconstructed with Sinogram Affirmed Iterative Reconstruction(SAFIRE,Siemens)and filtered back projection(FBP).We aslo recorded height,weight,gender and heart rate.Mann-Whitney-U-test and t-test were used for statistical analysis.Results There was no significant statistic difference for the scoring of subjective image assessment.However,the quantity of high mark with A was higher than B.The mean SNR and CNR were significantly lower with protocol A than B(P0.01).the mean image noise was significantly higher with protocol A than B(P0.01).the coronary attenuation were not significantly statistically.Conclusion Compared with standard FBP reconstruction,SAFIRE improves image quality and has the potentialto decrease radiation dose.
